My friends Eli and Renee hit me up to go meet them out in Ocean Beach, i know it would've been a good time but i wasn't going to change my plans for anything.

I need to do this. I finished my workout and sent Renee a message, Thursday is karaoke night at our favorite bar Tony's, they were already there so it was perfect. I signed up for some songs with the karaoke man Russ, Russ fucking loves me and remembered my name. I fucking killed it. Eli did smells like teen spirit and it was gloriously out of tune and beautiful. I woke up feeling really good, partly due to my dream about joining a hip hop dance crew, but also because im feeling healthier without the bad food and the marijuana clouded brain.

I have been taking walks during my lunch instead of my usual sitting on the couch watching bullshit TV that does nothing for me.
