Which battlegroup is illidan in

Pretty sure that you have to be on the same server as the guild you wish to join. Hmm, I'm in oceanic Khaz'goroth atm, and in a guild with people from Dath'remar.

I'm curious about Tich west coast data center and Illidan East I think? Hmm, they may have changed things, then, and I'm just remembering old information! Sorry to mislead you! You have to be on the same realm, or connected to that realm. Is there really much of a difference arena wise between being Horde-Tich and Alliance-Tich?

Wouldn't I be facing the same people? I realize that the player base I would be teaming up would be different, but I thought both sides had their share of PVPers. Battlegroup only matters for arenas right? Are you more likely to face the opposing faction in arenas and RBGs?
