There were only two points that I felt were confusing for people who have never been inside before: 1. The Broken Stairs go on forever. It might be worth mentioning this, since I thought I had overlooked or missed something.

Also I got a bit turned around and didn't realize that, when you reach Magister's Terrace, you had to find the stairs and continue ascending. I got seriously lost looking for the Gamesman's Hall. This is because there are two forks, but only one is mentioned. The first fork comes with the door-or-ascend choice to the Shade of Aran, which you mention. However, if you choose ascend, you will eventually come to a round room of etherals and an up-or-down fork.

Because of my camera angle and the fact I wasn't looking for a fork , I missed the "down" option that leads to the game room and wandered forever, frustrated. Obviously if you are searching for gold or mats, you want to, but you don't have to in order for most bosses to spawn. Overall, however, fantastic work!
